Abstrak :

In assisting the reconstruction and rehabilitation of houses destroyed by natural disaster as experience in Aceh and Nias late 2004, three issue need to be taken, a good understanding of the condition in the field, good working relation with all stakeholders especially the beneficiaries and the righ house model that can response to the immediate and future need of the owner-occupier.
